| Don't think they have to 'personally meet with' signer, but know there is an extensive, not easily or quickly done protocol that was to be done prior to any webcam notarization. The companies offering webcam notarization are just ignoring that or substituting another not authorized protocol and saying it's legal. Only thing that really annoys/amazes/confounds me is that VA is just ignoring the situation. |
