Cattle call from USSignings in Newport Beach yesterday

for $75, refi, total faxbacks.

I countered with $115. They came back with $85...no loss, I wouldn't have been paid any way...they are part of The Notary Pool organization. Housed in the same virtual office space as its "parent".
