| You'll do fine. Many of the docs you see in the heloc will be in the full refi also. As to Cheryl's comments about checking docs, go over the docs twice or three times while at the table. When checking, start at the top of the page and let your eyes work down to the bottom, looking for a blank line or signature line that's in the top half or middle of the page (the HUD/VA Addendum comes to mind with two signature lines for each borrower). Those are so easily missed because we're so used to looking at the bottom of the page for signature lines and forget to look at the body of the doc. |
