I have seen several ARMs here too lately . . . and now that you mention it . . . all for high-end clients as well.
There seems to be an increase in out-of-state purchases for me lately. People are tired of the cold weather and high taxes here in Minnesota. They are all moving to Arizona, Texas, and Florida.
And of course cash out refis are dominating the industry. |
