I don't think there'll be any significant problem, if ever this will go to court...
They have gone all through the long process until signing, and then said they don't understand english... doesn't make sense, and won't convince any judge, while on your side, there's at least 2 witness, LO and you.
Quite probably lender will just let them go, provided that no loan had been disbursed (or if any had been disbursed, had then been returned).
I always offer each signer the opportunity to review each page before signing though... It's important, as in such a messed up case like this, I'm in the clear. |
