According to the email someone else posted, they will send a deed and the notary's payment - get deed signed, scan and mail - all they want to know is

Are you available and if so what do you charge including priority mail postage?
What is your mailing address to send the documents?
What is the name you want to be written in the envelope and on the check?"

IOW they pay the notary up front for the job.

IF - and this is a big IF - it's not a scam - the poster elsewhere asked if a scam or not and no one could anwer him
