Always know your value, and don't be afraid to turn down work if they can't or won't meet your fee.
And yes, there are many things other than the time spent "doing the work" you have to factor in.
travel time
car expenses
printing files
bookkeeping
equipment and maintenance
internet and data fees
accounting
office supplies
scheduling
etc. etc.
It all adds up and you need to charge for it!
