I don't dive into the buyer's copy package. They acknowledge the RTC that goes back to the title company, and that is what they use to make sure it was acknowledged by the lender. Why would you have them sign the bottom of their RTC to sit there or at the closing after they sign your package to be returned? Makes no sense, it's dated, they acknowledged it for the lender, no reason.
5 makes no sense. The law is (2) for each person and most just put (3) in there. If they are together husband and wife on the same page, even better, counts together as their page count of 2 or 3. 5 (digging into a copy package) signed is overkill complete waste of paper. |
