Not much clarity at either. So, I inquired at the latter what the code is for notary public. Hopefully, I get a response and can pass it on. Meanwhile, IMO, code 80000000 applies: http://usa.databasesets.com/unspsc/segment/80000000 - (note: clicking on each code expands it further).
