Got an email this morning asking if I had availability for a signing that was scheduled more than 3 weeks ago. I recognized the address the TC had filled in on my form. In fact, I remember asking back then if they meant March.
I let them know I had already reached the signer and forwarded the email I sent to him on 3/23!. Lol
T.A. responded back: "Good to know" LOL!!"
I wrote back: You're covered. Don't stress!
(No amount of money to make me work in a title office).
