| No, and my last attorney who hired me for a closing of his thought the title company was paying me and not him. It was like pulling teeth explaining how it works and getting paid. He didn't know it was his responsibility to make sure the fee was on the CD, he just thought it was automatic...He hired me, he is paying me or making sure my name is on the CD to get paid at closing. I had to threaten non-payment and email the Bar association for non-payment of services hired. I got a check. |
