at 10:00pm for Quicken years ago. I remember it as if it happened yesterday. It was for two medical residents. I regretted it the moment I accepted the assignment. . I regretted it while printing the documents. I regretted it while driving the 5 milles away to the borrowers home. . I regretted it the moment I walked in the door. I regretted it on the drive back home at 10:45pm I regretted it three days later when I received a 30-day DEFECT for missing a signature. For what? $85. I learned a valuable lesson.
