So there was no confirmation, other than on the hiring party's app. I get documents, no phone number, but I am to check the box when I arrive, which I do. We signed, I confirmed completion, then dropped package at UPS. There was a form that says the signing fee is $150, borrower had to approve/sign.
So let's see what I get out of this. Very odd! All I know is I was out the door within an hour of accepting this assignment. The borrower said they applied for his loan May 18 and we signed yesterday. Pretty speedy turnaround, I'd say. Funds June 2. They are elated.
