That was my point and apparently I missed it in your posting. Of course anyone has the right to include anything they want in their book. And I will defend that person's right to do so. However, the point I was trying to make by comparing it to the policy manual, was that it is inappropriate and (imo) highly unprofessional to include extraneous material completely askew of the topic.
