have the same collection issues we have. Yes, the fee for appraisers is higher, but so it the requirement. Have you seen those 25 page appraisals lately? I'm aware that software does a lot of it, but I know I had a gal who appraised my condo last year & she had more of a job than mine entails.
After all, we're all part of the same team, right? |
