All I have is the HUD, which looks quite normal with Title Fees, RE Brokers (Seller w/Admin. Fee & Buyer Agents), SS fee, a Mortgage & RE Tax payoff, Lawyer drafting fee, Recording fees. Line item to 'greedy-co-who-shall-remain-unnamed-as-I-don't-want-no-trouble-for-me-or-NR consulting fee' that works out to 26% of the Sale Price. About the only time I've ever wished the package included more paperwork...would have like to see THAT 'consulting fee contract'... The seller told me a neighbor bought it. |
