| of documents for loan? I was thinking of creating a very basic list of docs just to kind of make it easier to double check all the docs for a loan that need to be signed and notorized. I know we get instructions but I am just starting out and I really don't want to take the chance on missing anything at all. I'm sure some of you will be able to give me your view on this. (I know I am probably leaving myself wide open for a lot of criticism here but I am wondering if a list like that would be of help) |
