How can I say this…Starting an honest legitimate Signing Service takes CAPITAL. It takes KNOWLEDGE. It takes EXPERIENCE. And it takes a lot of HARD WORK. Without these absolute request things any that try WILL fail. That is unless they start out to steal from everyone paying nothing, and move on. In which case they only need a strong stomach, and a place to hide assets
There are many that perhaps with good intentions think this is a breeze, I get the notaries to front me the fees at no cost, and I just get assignments, call them and if or when I’m paid I’ll keep some and pay them back. SORRY that doesn’t work! If you are too inexperienced, too stupid, or too broke to borrow the money you need to get and stay in business from a bank why should I loan it to you? If you don’t have the money, go EARN it and come back next year and try.
I’m in business…I have been for years…I don’t ask the SS to advance me gas money. Or money for ink or paper or all my expenses. If my business plan is based on this assumption how long do you think I will stay in business as a NSA? If the SS doesn’t have the money to pay the NSA when contracted then they should NOT BE IN THIS BUSINESS!!
