had a signing last week and heard from the SS today that i had COMPLETELY missed 3 docs including notaries. well that's not entirely right, the title company (Diversified Title out of El Monte CA) told the SS that I actually missed 2 docs but since they had another doc that needed signing i should just Freebie the whole thing.
this SS gives me a lot of work and i'd like to take care of them, but can't afford to work for free. Could have forgiven the title co if they admitted their mistake (i always check docs at the table and again before returning them)
