missing 2 docs is A LOT ... especially if they were notarized docs. in fact, missing 1 doc is 1 too many.
i don't think you should be docked the entire signing fee, but you should definitely go out of your way to make things right.
but if you keep the attitude, that missing 2 docs is okay, then you should think of trying another business. this is why notaries, across the board, get a bad name. |
