I just finished this CW this morning, it took me ONE HOUR to:
Prepare the 2 packages;
copy dot, TIL, RIDERS, OTHER DEEDS, ESCROW DOCS. HUDS
Send one thing to the branch,
send other and part of the originals to title.
People, be careful when you accept a Countrywide,full spectrum loan. its too time consuming!
