What docs are in question here? Are they docs that require initials on them? Give them a good look and make sure that you didn't miss a signature. Are they docs that don't require initials? It doesn't make a whole lot of sence. If you did do everything correctly then charge them for another trip. How would those initials get there if what they sent you was clean. Were the original docs overnighted or do you still have them in your email. If in your original email then go through it and find the doc. If it's there call them and let them know that and ask what it is that they want. Sounds wierd to me. There's got to be some sort of miscomunication happening.
