I hate to say it, but check closely and make sure it doesn't look like someone tried to forge it...a very scary thought!!! But if it looks like some wrong-doing is going on, you might just want to tell them you are very uncomfortable with whatt is happening, give your reasons, and tell them to find someone else. Then put that in writing!
