Luckdog, you certainly clarified what classification you fall under. I agree with your “self classification”. In my opinion you have been very negative, rude, and from time to time have been nasty. Your rude and negative posts on some threads have been directed at very knowledgeable and respected notaries that know substantially more than you probably ever will, and you do it via an alias. At least have the common decency to stand up and be responsible for your posts.
To help you do just that:
In thread # 287827 you were posting using your own name. Renee Gomez. 1Notary1 thanked Renee (thread 434393) and you responded as Luckydog. Kinda identifies you doesn’t it? Del Ray Beach isn’t it?
I am sorry to see so many of the experienced and knowledgeable people leaving this forum. I learned a huge amount from them and know that “newbies” coming on board will probably not have the same opportunity, or at least learn at slower rate. Fortunately for them there still are some very knowledgeable people left posting.
Like Cheryl, I will no longer be posting on the open forum. For those of you that have tax questions, please PM me. Always willing to help when I can, and of course, always gratis.
