It is very unfortunate that someone would judge so badly a whole group of people. Some of the finest people I have ever met or had the pleasure to work with in my 51 years, namely our 35 full time employees and their families. I am very proud to be able to serve in my current position helping them build such a wonderful company. I am also very proud of the fact it is owned and operated by our daughter, Jennifer Perez. A strong, independent and wonderful young woman of the highest integrity. I am very sorry to say, but you could not be any more wrong about our company, our business model or our vision for either our company or this new service. Frankly I am quite surprised at the level of unprofessionalism expressed by some in this forum. It is both unproductive and damaging to people you do not know and who have certainly NEVER done anything to harm a single one of you. In my entire professional life Customer Service and Customer Respect were key to my success. I would not have ever responded to a potential new customer with such distain. Distain based on complete ignorance and bad experiences by others not affiliated with us for sure. Some of you, on the other hand, have had the professional curtesy to call me and or email me, which is very much appreciated and noted. I am quite sure that Jennifer would also be available to you if you would like.
