Thank you for all your responses. This lender wanted also to have the 2 witnesses notarized their signatures with a jurat and of course the jurat verbiage was not CA compliant so had to replace like 10 or 12 notary certificates but the main problem was to get the witnesses and to get the information from my local county recorders office for documents signed with SBM.
