| Thanks for your input, but does anyone know WHY the title company would ask for this? After all they have the original acknowledgment. The statement is "a copy of your notary log page where you notarized the documents. What does that prove? Do they not realize we are required to have a separate line for each document?"There are times when I have as many as 20+ signature lines for one loan. I may respond with my request for a written, signed statement listing the items. (I am sure they will not pay the $.30. |
