Thanks PAW. It has been a while since I went through your site. It was so easy to use and informative.
At least the newbies could get familiar with the documents from the sample documents on your website, and then learn about the odd balls such as Quit Claim Deeds and such from doing the extra research on the internet and on the boards such as NR when they see such creatures posted or are asked to do something extra in a closing like a QCD or a Power of Attorney.
