This morning, get the following message from them:
"Hello Yolanda,
Lorraine Campbell has sent you the following message on SnapDocs:
We currently have a loan application available in Carmichael in July 1@10am. There is nothing to notarize and no fax backs. We are offering this loan application for $50, please reply to this email if you wish to accept this loan application.
Sender's email address: orders@premiernotaryservice.com"
I respond:
"I considered counter-offering to your offer. However, after reading the recent comments on Notary Rotary about your company, I decided not to. I require payment within 30 days of service."
Them:
"Our closings pay out in net 30 and the loan apps pay out in 45-60 days. Have a blessed day."
Thought I read postings here from some notaries still waiting for payment after 2 months?? If so, maybe the person to reach out to Lorraine Campbell ... just sayin' ........
