I would kindly like to address the information provided in this thread. Satellite Signing is a new company that just went live three weeks ago. We pride ourselves on Customer Service, communication, and service levels. We have a combined experience of 20+ years in the title industry, as well as loan signings. Satellite Singings has not filed for bankruptcy or is associated with anyone out of SC. Our office was undergoing a build out to make it very presentable for our local notaries that need locations to close in, as well as walk-in notarial services for the general public. I would cordially invite you to come back by the office and have a cup of coffee. Our team members are very friendly and accommodating.
As far as fee structures go, if you feel the price is not right for you based on your experience, drive time, package size, fax backs, and/or any additional situations that may result in the notary feeling a higher fee is warranted, I would absolutely expect a negotiated rate response so can remain competitive and fair. Again, any and all feedback is much appreciated. We want to be fair, professional, reliable, and hold a good reputation amongst our colleagues. I appreciate the opportunity to bring business to the notary workforce.
