If the company is a legit corporation, file a complaint with the state's SOS that they're incorporated in.

File a complaint on ripoffreport dot com.

File a complaint with the BBB or leave a scathing review.

File a complaint in small claims court.

Hire a collection agency.

When you have exhausted all measures, avenues, and methods and still have not gotten paid, then chalk it up as money lost and a very hard lesson learned.
