Normally, 30 miles one way is about the outer limit on my driving radius to do a signing. There are circumstances where I would drive further, but not for the kind of pay that I'm normally offered. They'd have to pay more. In any case, if I would accept any signing it would be with the understanding that I am going to drive the signing location indicated on the confirmation. I would not ever ask the signer to meet me at a different location, somewhere in between. If they would volunteer to do that, it's another story, but I would never ask or expect it.
