I've never worked with Miles. I do see his job offers come through often via SD - with low fees.
What I found:
1. Miles Benedicene is not a California notary.
2. He is a member of Chamber of Commerce. http://www.chamberofcommerce.com/sacramento-ca/24311357-milesbenedicene-inc
3. He is located at 6750 Folsom Blvd., Sacramento, CA (in all his listings, I never saw a suite number) with a phone number of 916-739-0461.
4. Also located at that address is 24-7 Mobile Notary Services. They are located at suite 239. CA SOS shows Scott Tobias as a notary with that address. 24-7's phone number is 916-752-3987. Their email address is AlaricJrnotary@gmail.com.
