Taking less works for you because you aren't traveling far and wide for $90. That's a little different for people who are offered work requiring travel outside a 10 mile radius.
Also, Peggy I've watched you soar to success because of Minnesota's requirement for licensed real estate closer status. I wish more states, especially California, raising the bar for experienced, knowledgeable, professional NSAs, licensed by the CA DRE instead of having to be certified by a for profit entity whose business model is to commission any one with a pulse.
