I feel for you...poor borrower...these people are clueless about these transactions and what gets these loans to the table for signing! We don't just get to permit POA signing at the table!

Well, I didn't have travel issues, at least. It was just awful to be an hour late for both signings, and it was not my doing...

Yes, time to go to the hills, immerse yourself in the beauty that surrounds us, fresh air, spring flowers breaking through and painting the vistas with astounding color. We're lucky to be alive as one of my cohorts on this board says daily....we survived Haight Ashbury, the VN war era, several recessions, working our butts off for low pay and low benefits, yep, lucky to be here in all the splendor that awaits us if we just back off and make time to take it all in.

I feel a PJ day coming on...but I have to get to FEDEX and drop these two hot potato loan packages. It's a weird monthend we're dealing with.
