So I have a question for you. I asked it recently, but no one here really knows.
The amount of E&O a signing service must have in order to be a signing service, how is that determined?? I thought all siigning services are required to have $1 million in E&0, is that the standard?
So then what about subcontracting notaries, are they also required to have $! million, or are they kust skating around they because they happen to be "friends" or "family" of escrow officers, assistants?
Remembering when Amanda Kirkish was getting files from Valuamerica and EntleDirect. I wonder if she ever had E&O?
And Mike Tomlinson at Notary Spot? A host of others. They can't even pay their notaries, how can they afford $1 million in E&O.
