I believe some like attention good or bad. Drama will never be off this forum unless we choose not to participate. Eventually the ones who continuously "poke" get "poked back" and it's really stupid. The reality is, none of us reading never really care and have our own business to deal with. Its entertaining, but the sad thing is, some people get hurt by it emotionally, and their work also suffers because the people who hire us, also read the forum.
My opinion (if anyone cares) is that all involved need to just quit. Those who like the drama want to continue, knock yourselves out, but it really makes you look childish and not good for your end result. Those getting the attack need to ignore it, or like the Amish do, shun that person. Take it from one who knows, that the members here are truly very forgiving and there are always 2nd chances. Redemption is always possible if you feel slighted or picked on or judged, you have to step back and take a break and look to within. It's a good bet that if you are getting it, your are giving it out too. Nothing can change unless it begins with yourself. Good luck to all, and I hope that sooner than later the forum can change and make it about closings instead of personalities.  |
