Question for OP:
Did you call borrowers to confirm with signing appointment? If so, did you not ask if all signers would be present? You had docs -- in fact, had to print them twice. Did you not notice wife's signature required?
Please don't misunderstand. Not saying you're wrong. I think that, at a minimum, you should be paid print and trip fee of at least 50% of negotiated fee. If first set of docs were printed AFTER you confirmed with borrowers, you should be paid a print fee of at least $25 for that.
I've not worked with Notary Cloud. So, don't know how they operate. I have received calls from them, but, we haven't agreed to a fee. Caller seemed nice. Just tried going to their website. It lists lender and loan officer but not separate hiring party. That leads me to believe NSA is hired by Notary Cloud. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
