"Must be a Maryland Licensed Title Insurance Producer and MUST have a Delaware Notary (no need to be a Delaware Notary because Maryland Properties)"
If they are closing in Delaware, you need a Delaware notary. If Delaware is an "attorney only" state, you have to get an attorney on board. I think you need to split this if going across states lines. If it's then filed in Maryland, then that title producer will have to take it over. I don't think you will find that one person who wears both hats crossing state lines and commissions and such, or just have your buyers go to Maryland I guess. Good luck! |
