It's all well and good to lay down YOUR rules to signing services and/or title companies, but you may end up just hurting yourself.....especially if it's a company with whom you're getting a bulk of your business from. They can easily decide that you're just not worth the hassle anymore and give the jobs to someone else. Heaven knows, there's no shortage of willing notaries in my area. You kind of have to use discretion in how you deal with these companies. One thing that really annoys me is having to take crap from 22 year old schedulers who treat you with contempt when you call looking for your docs. The old "We don't have an ETA. We'll let you know when we know" routine. Bugs the hell out of me when they do that!
