| by Notary Cloud today (did the closing on December 2nd) BUT beware - I didn't know this until after I went to print the docs but they want you to get the loan app signed AS WELL AS THE REFI. (I went ahead and took it becausee it was in my neighborhood ). To me, that should be TWO different payments - one for the loan app and one for the REFI - but they don't look at it that way - I figured that is their way of making twice as much money and only giving the notary pay for one. Just beware if they call you - they will offer you $100.00 to do BOTH - that is, $100.00 for all of it. Have already turned them down for another one and will continue to do so. I don't even wait for them to give me "what they pay", I throw out what it would take for me to do the assignment - and it sure isn't $100.00. |
