Thanks for all the information. I don't think it will be an issue, "sign as printed on docs"...the builder where I do closings for doesn't have that stipulation, sign their regular signature no matter what the documents say, and all variations on a Signature Name Aff.. I think it's like a CC signature pad at the store, really means nothing, and they are doing away with that all together. This is more an acknowledgement I think and the notary will witness it, than match that signature to theirs. jmo. |
