Just curious, why you charge a higher rate for a direct client? Wouldn't you want to keep them happy and charge your going rate? It seems you are penalizing them when they omit the middle man (SS), when you should be rewarding them instead. Maybe I am doing something all wrong? Doesn't make sense to me.
