In my area, there's something similar at the top of the page on recordable docs for the County Recorder's office to stamp when the document gets recorded, but I've never seen anything like that at the bottom. You might want to check again to make sure it's for you. Regardless, I would never use my stamp anywhere except on the right spot of a notary certificate - and only once. [But my state's laws are pretty clear on this issue. It may be different there.]
