| Titlemania and Montgomery Home Title, one is the title company and one is the signing agency. They do not pay for loans that don't close, they will not pay for Edocs or Faxed docs. They "say" they will pay you next time you have a closing for the Edocs I had them cancel one signing 1 hour before closing and they still faxed the loan documents at 3:45pm for a closing that was supposed to be at 4:00pm. And it was only when I called them to say I had not gotten the documents for my closing that they told me they had gotten their local office to do the closing. My quess is they found someone cheaper than me. I have tried for 2 months to get my money and I was just emailed today to say they were not paying me. I told them to take me off their Database. |
