Every so often (a couple of times a year maybe?) an issue with a ss raises it's head here. The owners or managers go crazy for a while trying to defend themselves but often end up shooting themselves in the foot and inflicting more damage to their image than if they'd taken the high road to begin with by just running a good operation.
I'm not saying that there's no such thing as an unfair accusation or rating. We know that happens. We've also seen some class acts respond with a concise, well considered, professional message. They say their peace and move on. We can usually tell the difference and are free to make our own judgments. (Usually someone makes sure the comments are linked so we have this history to refer back to, if needed.)
Either way, the forum survives and we all move on. Perhaps it's time for that to happen with this company.
