| These "RON"s smell of fraud...it reminds me of all the loosey goosey shenanigans that were going on prior to the collapse in 2008. I took my 5 year electronic notary required class this past week and the SOS here in NC stated that Virginia is plagued with fraudulent activity already from these types of closings. We can only hope that this will be short lived and just go away. But a contingency plan is always a good idea. |
