OS National has, in the past, and sometimes even currently, posted jobs directly through Snapdocs. They also often come from signing services through Snapdocs. I'm not sure how they choose what jobs to post through what method, but I do know that the jobs they post directly from them pay more than the ones coming through signing services. No mystery there :-)
My experience with them paying directly is that they send a check via Fedex within 5 days of the closing. That practice, of course, makes them extremely popular with me :-) |
