You Have No Clue What You Are Talking About Linda
Posted by  PegiT_MN of MN on 5/4/19 8:31am Msg #606143
You have no clue how much I make on each file, what my overhead is, how far I travel for the fees I get, but yet you want to talk about my mentality and say I am part of the problem. I am one of the lucky ones to be running a successful notary signing business but all I find on this website these days are the wah wah wah cry babies that want to sit on here all day and sling mud at those of us that are out there working hard and making a living at this. I get it . . . the business is not what it used to be . . . but this sure beats sitting in a cube at Wells Fargo underwriting loans. And it's called negotiation . . . you don't have to take the fee that is offered . . . you negotiate. Would you rather have me sit at home and turn everything down and let my competition take the closings just because the fees are not up to your standards? That is what many of you did and how is that working out for ya? It's a hard business, but like any business, you work hard, negotiate your fees, keep your overhead to a minimum and hope that you can succeed at it. I am succeeding and I thank God every day for that.
