Depending on what fees are allowable in your state you might want to consider doing general notary work. Look at the notary handbook, if you can charge administrative fees. It may or may not be worth it. You can market yourself in nursing homes, hospitals, etc. Just remember nothing is easy you must work at it to be profitable. Do your homework before making the investment. It will definitely hone marketing skills for the future.
